What is ModernAdmin and what can I do with it?

ModernAdmin is a comprehensive admin dashboard solution designed to help businesses manage their operations efficiently. With ModernAdmin, you can:

Creating a project is simple:

  1. Navigate to the Projects section from the sidebar
  2. Click the "New Project" button in the top right
  3. Fill in your project details (name, description, team members)
  4. Choose a template or start from scratch
  5. Click "Create Project" to finish

Your new project will appear in your dashboard immediately.

Yes! You can invite unlimited team members on paid plans. To invite someone:

  1. Go to Settings โ†’ Team
  2. Click "Invite Member"
  3. Enter their email address and select a role
  4. They'll receive an invitation email to join your workspace

Team members can have different roles: Admin, Editor, or Viewer.

Yes! We offer native mobile apps for both iOS and Android. You can download them from:

The mobile app includes notifications, quick actions, and access to all essential features.

Account & Profile

To change your password:

  1. Go to Settings โ†’ Security
  2. Click "Change Password"
  3. Enter your current password, then your new password twice
  4. Click "Update Password"

For security, you'll be logged out of other devices after changing your password.

Your profile information can be updated at any time:

  1. Navigate to Settings โ†’ Profile
  2. Update your name, email, phone, or profile picture
  3. Changes are saved automatically

Note: Changing your email requires verification of the new address.

Yes, you can request account deletion from Settings โ†’ Account โ†’ Delete Account.

Warning: This action is irreversible. All your data will be permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period. Download a backup of your data before proceeding.

  1. Go to Settings โ†’ Billing โ†’ Change Plan
  2. Select your new plan
  3. Confirm the change

All invoices are available in Settings โ†’ Billing โ†’ Invoice History. You can:

  • View invoice details
  • Download as PDF
  • Print directly from the browser

Invoices are also sent to your billing email automatically after each payment.

To enable 2FA:

  1. Go to Settings โ†’ Security โ†’ Two-Factor Authentication
  2. Click "Enable 2FA"
  3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)
  4. Enter the 6-digit code to verify
  5. Save your backup codes in a secure location
Tip: We recommend using an authenticator app over SMS for better security.

Yes, we use industry-standard encryption:

  • In transit: TLS 1.3 encryption for all data transfers
  • At rest: AES-256 encryption for stored data
  • Passwords: Bcrypt hashing with salt

If you suspect unauthorized access:
