Creating a project is simple:
- Navigate to the Projects section from the sidebar

Yes! You can invite unlimited team members on paid plans. To invite someone:
- Go to Settings โ Team
- Click "Invite Member"
- Enter their email address and select a role
- They'll receive an invitation email to join your workspace

Account & Profile

- Go to Settings โ Security
- Click "Change Password"
- Enter your current password, then your new password twice
- Click "Update Password"
For security, you'll be logged out of other devices after changing your password.
Your profile information can be updated at any time:
- Navigate to Settings โ Profile
- Update your name, email, phone, or profile picture
- Changes are saved automatically
Note: Changing your email requires verification of the new address.
Yes, you can request account deletion from Settings โ Account โ Delete Account.
Billing & Plans

Enterprise customers can also pay via bank transfer or invoice.
You can change your plan at any time:
- Go to Settings โ Billing โ Change Plan
- Select your new plan
- Confirm the change
Upgrades: You'll be charged the prorated difference immediately.
Downgrades: The new rate applies at your next billing cycle.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact our support team for a full refundโno questions asked.
After 30 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
All invoices are available in Settings โ Billing โ Invoice History. You can:
- View invoice details
- Download as PDF
- Print directly from the browser
Invoices are also sent to your billing email automatically after each payment.
Security

- Go to Settings โ Security โ Two-Factor Authentication
- Click "Enable 2FA"
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)
- Enter the 6-digit code to verify
- Save your backup codes in a secure location
Yes, we use industry-standard encryption:
- In transit: TLS 1.3 encryption for all data transfers
- At rest: AES-256 encryption for stored data
- Passwords: Bcrypt hashing with salt
We also conduct regular security audits and penetration testing.
If you suspect unauthorized access:
- Change your password immediately
- Enable 2FA if not already enabled
- Review active sessions in Settings โ Security โ Active Sessions
- Terminate any suspicious sessions
