Hi team,

I wanted to share the latest progress on the dashboard redesign project. We've completed the wireframes and are now moving into the high-fidelity design phase.

Here's a summary of what we've accomplished this week:

• Completed user research interviews with 15 participants
• Finalized the information architecture
• Created wireframes for all main dashboard views
• Established the new color palette and typography system

Next steps:

1. Begin high-fidelity mockups (this week)
2. Internal design review (next Monday)
3. Stakeholder presentation (next Wednesday)
4. Development handoff (end of month)
